Robert Charles has a BA.LLB. degree obtained from UWC. He was admitted as an Attorney in March 1991 and was also admitted as a Conveyancer on 4 August 1995. He acted for and on behalf of the Road Accident Fund for 30 years. Robert is a High Court Litigation Specialist and is one of the head attorneys dealing with Litigation on behalf of the NHBRC and Transnet. He is currently responsible for the day to day management of the practice
Ine Schuman obtained her B JURIS and LLB from UNISA in 1989 and was duly admitted as an attorney in 2002 She practiced as an associate prior to joining Robert Charles Attorneys & Conveyancers in May 2009 and is involved primarily in the conveyancing department of the practice. She has extensive experience in dealing with conveyancing transactions and is well versed in the procedures and requests necessary for the registration of bonds, transfers, and numerous other conveyancing transactions.
Zimasa Nxelane obtained her LLB from UWC and was duly admitted as an attorney in 2019. Zimasa joined the firm in September 2017 as a Candidate Attorney after attending the UCT school for legal practice. Zimasa’s main area of practice is general litigation and commercial debt collection and her current clients include the RAF and Transnet
Matthew Coetzee obtained his LLB from UCT in 2016 and was duly admitted as an attorney and a notary in 2019. Matthew completed his articles at Fairbidges Wertheim Becker where he was in the general litigation and commercial department. Grant Beckett obtained his B PROC from UWC in 1997 and was duly admitted as an attorney in 2011. Grant was employed as a claims handler at the Road Accident Fund and practiced as an associate in the legal industry before joining the firm in 2017 as a senior associate. Grant has 17 years of experience in Magistrates court and High court litigation.
Stratford Lemboe obtained his L.L.B degree from UWC and was duly admitted as an attorney in August 2002 and as a Conveyancer in October 2007. Stratford has been engaged in the Road Accident Fund Litigation Department involving High Court matters. Stratford has extensive experience in conducting litigation and defending proceedings on behalf of the NHBRC, NSFAS, Transnet, and the Department of Health in the Northern Cape. He is a specialist in Medical Negligence Litigation and Administrative Law.
Kimberly Sassin obtained her LLB from UNISA in 2017 and was duly admitted as an attorney in 2020. Kimberly completed her articles at Elliot Maris Wilmans and Hay Attorneys where she practiced in general litigation, family law, and commercial law. Kimberly’s main area of practice is general litigation and medical negligence and her current clients include the MEC for Health in the Northern Cape.
